Three decapitated bodies and a human head were recently discovered in three different municipalities of the state of Mexico.
The first two cadavers were found disposed of in black trash bags along the México-Tulancingo federal highway on the Hidalgo and Edomex state limits. Both victims had their hands tied and were decapitated. The murderers left a handwritten messege on one of the victims stating:
“A toda acción hay una reacción no hay que perder la cabeza, por eso hay que pensar las cosas primero, cogito ergo sum eram quod, es eris quod sum, saludos Chino, sigues tú”.
For every action there’s a reaction, you don’t have to lose your head, that’s why you’ve got to think first: I think therefore I exist. I was what you are, you will be what I am. Greetings Chino, you’re next.
At 9:30 a.m., that same day, on Francisco I. Madero street, neighbors found an abandoned styrophome cooler in the middle of the street. Upon opening the cooler, a freshly severed human head belonging to an unidentified male between the ages of 30 and 35 was found. Apparently no witnesses were to be found in identifying the person or persons who left the cooler.

Lastly, at 11:00 a.m. on the road leading to San Juan Teotihuacán-Tecámac a third decapitated body appeared accompanied by yet another narco message reading:
“Esto me pasa por morder la mano de quién me da de comer, saludos de Marco Antonio, El Chino”.
“This happened to me for biting the hand that fed me, Greetings from Marco Antonio, the Chino.”

Authorities presume the crimes are evidence of an ajuste de cuentas, or score settling amongst dueling drug dealers and are currently investigating whether the severed head belongs to one of the decapitated bodies found.
