very good question Duncan..The odd thing is, we’ve never heard about it here..It’s always found in the U.S., generally southern texas area...Only through English American papers do we hear of it. I don’t know what to think..If the candies and wrappers are not being checked and regulated, or if it is one precessor, exporter, etc..Kinda like looking for the smoking gun in the jalapeños like we had a while back.
