Sad....but, the truth is, even if I had the money, I wouldn’t get it...Being chipped here, doesn’t guarentee any additional safety...There will always be someone, being paid by the cartels, to hinder results..The truth is...if someone REALLY wants you here, they are going to get you, regardless of any amount of security detail, body guards, armoured vehicles, or microchips...]]> The way things are here, many people (who can afford it) are practically lining up to be microchipped...
